Reborn…

This is my child. Up until recently I have only been aware of this child being a “lump” in my wifes stomach…now it has a face and the reality of that is quite impressive.

What I often forget about birth is that it is my own birth. Quite literally this child is my own mind starting a story that is similar but profoundly different than the one I am currently experiencing as its father. It is emerging from a state of utter unity into the world of duality, possible perceived limitations, and experience.

This consciousness, which so recently built a brand new body, is going to go through the same lessons that we all go through. It’s going to learn about a reality that is separate from itself…it’s going to learn how its body works…its even going to learn what taste, touch, and sound are. It’s going to be quite a shock.

The really interesting part of this experience is that I am aware of being both sides of the experience here. I am aware of being the Father as well as being the child. I often talk about how our own consciousness is always there for us, acting as different characters throughout our life in order to help us along…but this is where I’m truly experiencing that reality. To this child I am simply an extension of itself…I am a part of its reality that is supposed to help it along as it gets used to living in Duality. Every thought, insight, or impulse that I have is literally connected to what this “childs” mind is creating for its own good.

I think we often limit our children by assuming that just because they don’t speak they do not understand. To a consciousness that is learning the concept of being separate from the things around it I would think that it understands a great deal. Perhaps more than we are willing to admit. Our children hear our justifications, our escapes, and even our self-deceptions. They learn from our own lack of responsibility from the moment they come into this world….just as your own mind knows when you are lying to yourself, your child does as well.

I think that this is the biggest part of what I have been facing within myself lately. So often I come across “parenting” tips from people who truly believe the best way to raise a child is to Train it, To control it, and bombard it with a belief system. I have been wondering if I would do the same thing…am I so insecure in my own sense of self that I must condition a newly emerging consciousness to agree with me before it can make its own choice about what to believe? Is it right for me to stomp out any chance this child might have to explore perceptions and beliefs that I myself was too afraid to explore? I think not.

I think the one thing I must have faith in is what I have had faith in all along….myself. This child is nothing more than another reflection of my own mind and because of that I must realize that it has the ability to choose, it has the ability to see, and it has access to infinite perceptions. This child is not something to be trained, it is something to be communicated with. It is something to be learned from rather than simply taught. As a consciousness this child will learn regardless of whether or not I boost my own self-image by deeming myself to be a “teacher”. In making myself out to be a “teacher” I am doing nothing more than being an example of self-righteousness and ego. I am not this childs teacher, I am an extension of this childs reality.

I am often amazed at my own life and how many choices have been made since its beginning. I look back at my path through perception and see an infinite amount of choices I could have made and even the points where I chose to pass those choices off to whoever was willing to make them for me. I know there are realities where the observer (me) has different choices and less chances to pass them off. There are realities where I am not immediately faced with the belief that I am separate from everything else…It amazes me to see this child being born into one of them. It is comforting to see myself being Reborn again.

The Thought Police

One thing that I’ve noticed about this huge matrix of interconnectedness (we call it experience/life) is that certain reflections come across your path exactly when you need them to. It never fails…whether they are characters who affirm your faith or tempt it, they are always there exactly when you need them to be.
Among all of these possible “meetings” there are those reflections I like to call the Thought Police. These are the reflections of yourself that specifically try to knock you down. Whether it be your way of life, your style of dress, your spiritual or religious beliefs, or even just your existence…these are the reflections that want to make you feel worse just because you’re feeling better. They want you to think.
I say that these “people” are reflections because that’s what they are…they are the physical representation of those thoughts that we are all so very used to hearing. The thoughts of doubt, regret, shame, and fear…these thoughts are in the flow and are therefore wandering about the world as living beings.
The problem here is that we immediately seek to judge these reflections…we want to label them as mean, angry, or bitter and then toss them into our “not worth thinking about” pile. But we can’t…we can’t because, whether we like it or not, these “people” are still Me. They are still there to show you a part of yourself.
The funny part about all of this is that these reflections only have a negative affect if we react to them. Once we react to them we start thinking (doubting) and their job is complete. But what if we truly just look at them…see them for what they are and take a different lesson from the meeting? Perhaps recognize your doubt and realize that you can face it without reacting? Rather than let this situation hurt you, let it raise you up…let it reinforce the knowledge that you can let these thoughts go without worrying about them. Build strength from the Thought Police…

Just like the thoughts of doubt and fear…I don’t have to let them affect me.
This is also true for their physical reflections.

Bless the Thought Police for reminding me of my own strength.

Listen very closely….

We, as a species, have fallen into the habit of listening to others more than we listen to ourselves. Think about it…everything you “think” you know about the world has been taught to you by someone else. Whether you believe in “gravity”, “god”, “history” or even “magic”…that fact is that you were taught that these concepts exist from another person (or many other people). How often do you wait to form an opinion on something until you hear other opinions first?

Scientists tell us that reality is created out of “energy”…they show us models and diagrams and make their case look very impressive…and so we believe them. But if you take away the labels, models, and theories…what are you left with? The same thing you had before you heard their theories…you are left with yourself and “reality”.

The sad fact is that our minds are filled with labels, ideas, definitions, concepts, and theories…and hardly any of them were formed by you. Did you sit down one day and “discover” gravity? No, you were taught that someone else did and that IT does exist. Did you sit down and figure out that the “Sun” is a huge ball of gas and fire? No…someone else told you it was. To you, the sun is just a bright light in the sky that somehow separates night from day. Does it do you any good to know that the sun is made of gas and fire? Not really…it is still that same light in the sky that it always was.

In fact, some of the mystery has gone out of the Sun now hasn’t it? Before it could have represented anything…it could have taught you about Duality and how light and dark are also symbols for good and evil, hot and cold, love or hate…it could have taught you something about the variation of “time” and the similiarities of “moments” that we experience. It could have even taught you that the light you see in your mind seems very similar to the light of the sun you see through your eyes (and maybe there really isn’t much difference). So, did learning someone else’s answer (the sun is made of…) do anything but limit the lessons you COULD have learned? If you think you know what something is, you’ll stop paying attention to what it could be.

This habit of listening to others has gotten out of hand…try it, ask anyone (it doesn’t matter who) what they believe about the world. Gauranteed you will get an answer like “Well, I used to believe in this persons theory, but now I think this belief structure is closer to the point”…not one single part of that sentence involves personal insight. Not one…our answers are always pointing to someone elses ideas, beliefs, writings, or thoughts…but where are our thoughts? What do YOU think?

Too many people seem to think that their own ideas mean nothing.
“I haven’t studied as much as this person”, “I’m not as old as that person”, “I’m not as intelligent”, “I’m not as enlightened”, “I’m not as confident”, etc…all excuses and justifications. All seemingly reasonable reasons to not look inward and figure things out for ourselves. Sad, isn’t it? But yet, here we are…an entire society full of people arguing over which theory is the “correct” theory…and none of those people actually CAME UP WITH THE THEORY. We’re arguing over other peoples ideas and claiming them to be our own. How many times have you heard someone say “I’m buddhist” or “I’m conservative”…doesn’t it strike you as odd that this person is actually admitting to being a blind follower of someone elses ideas?

Now, I’m very fond of the statement “learn from your mistakes” and so I’m trying to do just that. This mistake…this belief that someone else must have the right answer…has been one of the biggest building blocks of “society” as it stands right now. This “society” values money, wealth, and power over life, dignity, and freedom. This “society” passes off responsibility to government, religion, technology, and anything else it can create. This “society” is slowly and surely obliterating any connection we might have with the reality around us and is convincing us that we are all “separate” from each other. So…obviously we are making a mistake, let’s change it. Stop listening to what other people think…stop passing off your own right and ability to SEE your reality for what it is…stop taking the path travelled by all.

Take the road less travelled…your road. You are the only one who can travel it, nobody else can even see it. Its YOUR mind, YOUR reality, and YOUR responsibility.

All of our time and energy is spent searching for the “right path”…just look down and you’ll realize that you’ve always been on it. You’ve always been yourself…and if you listen very closely…you’ll notice that behind all the other voices telling you that THEY are right, you have ALWAYS been speaking the truth.

Stop ignoring yourself,

A Forgetful God

Who am I trying to convince?

I always seem to come back to this question when I’m frustrated with the world. For years I walked around confused and struggling, always seeking an answer and always coming up empty…and now I barely remember it. And I guess that is the part that frustrates me the most…it was easy, when it came down to it, to let the past go. Not only was it easy, it seemed to happen by itself once I had decided to stop holding onto it. So why does it seem so hard for others?

I do not say this to be condescending or arrogant, I say this with a great deal of quiet observation to back me up. No matter where I go or how old I get, I still continue to see the majority of our population so caught up in the past that they pay no attention to the present. Past wrongs, past hurts, past pleasures, past grudges, past loyalties, past injuries, and especially past limitations…they think so much of these things that when asked to exceed them they refuse…it’s almost as if they know nothing else but the past they keep creating in their minds. This is what frustrates me…no matter how hard I seem to try, no matter how perfect the words or tones are, I just cannot get through. I cannot show them the present because they refuse to see it.

But who are “they” exactly? Unity is a tricky perception in this way because technically there is no “they”, it’s all “me”. So, when I’m speaking to these characters, what is it that I should be learning? I’m obviously creating these meetings and conversations for a reason. Sure, they cut me off in the mid-sentence, blatantly ignore what I say, or leave the room in a hurry when anything having to do with the moment is said…but truly, are they hurting me? Are they hurting themselves? Perhaps…perhaps not.

The point is that my “feelings” are my responsibility. If I choose to be hurt by these actions, that’s my choice. So, the lesson here seems simple…abandon my pride. Abandon the idea that anyone at all needs any advice whatsoever. Truly, if these are all reflections of myself (God), then they are all doing exactly what I need them to in order to experience everything…there is a plan.

As for their responsibility (the characters), it is the same as mine…they can decide how they feel about what I say. They are allowed to ignore me and stay in the past or they can speak to me about the present. Either way they will still be “God”…whether they know it or not, they will always be safe.

In the Bible, Jesus mentions a parable about seeds and different places that seed will grow or die…the parable still applies now. We all have the seed of awareness in us, sometimes it’s meant to experience growth to it’s fullest potential, sometimes it is not…in either case, the seed is always serving its purpose. Respect what is, it is there for a reason.

So who am I trying to convince? Myself. When I stop thinking I need to be convinced, I will admit that I know.

Be Like One God (B.L.O.G.)

The term “Blog” is quickly becoming a household term it seems. All over the globe there are normal, everyday people who regularly log onto their computers and enter their thoughts, doubts, and dreams onto their own personal webpage. The best part about this is that the writings are not censored, edited, or subjected to the scrutiny of others before they are placed on the World Wide Web. These shared insights are almost in their purest form, written directly from the mind to the screen.

The self-proclaimed “Blogosphere” is the collective community of Bloggers who freely share ideas to anyone who is willing to listen. This community has one rule and one rule alone it seems…everyone has the right to their opinion. This respect for others is wonderful and quite beneficial to all of us because it allows readers to view the perceptions of others with an open mind. Open-mindedness is the only requirement for true growth…so as a species, the blogosphere seems to be the ultimate answer to the stifling control and fear tactics of the outer world (society). If the “system” promotes servitude, the Blogosphere seems to promote personal freedom.

If you have never stumbled across my writings before I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am God. I am not a reflection of God, I am not a part of the mass consciousness, and I am certainly not the creation of God. I am God…with absolute freedom to choose what I believe, what I perceive, and what I create. I do not exist in Time, I exist in the Moment. I do not exist in the World, I exist in my reality (you might call it my mind…but that is just semantics). Because I am God I also have the ability to live many different realities at the same time…you could say an infinite amount of realities. I can believe I’m Human, A Catholic, A Good or Bad person, or even that I am a Canadian…all of these are just labels though so in choosing these beliefs I am really just choosing to limit myself. Why do I limit myself? To experience what it’s like to not be God. Of course, I’m always God, but I always have the ability to convince myself I’m not. If you’d like proof, look at your average “human being” who holds onto the belief that they are something…this belief is the same limitation. They are Me, and therefore only limited by their own choice.

Whether you are religious or not I’m sure that the above comment has either infuriated you or confused you. Good, that was my intention. In my experience it is not until you are faced with something absolutely unknown that you have the opportunity to choose…you can react, or you can accept a possibility. For now, let us just say that it is entirely possible that I’m God. Really, how would you know?

For you the only thing that has ever been real are the things you see and experience. You know the world is around you because you can see it, but if you weren’t here you have no idea if it would be. Yes, I know you assume it would be…but let go of that assumption for just a moment and let us explore another perception. What if reality exists completely and utterly for you? This might be a little hard to accept at first but, as God, you are creating everything you see, everything you experience, and everything you need to learn.

Most people would run from this possibility because it implies that you are responsible for both the good and bad things in your life. The only consolation I can offer here is that you have always made it through every ordeal and always will. Why? Because as far as you can tell you have always been here….the world started for you when you were born, and it will continue until you die. You are the creator and the created, all in one.

What does this have to do with Blogging? Everything. From the perspective of God, Blogging is the absolute closest that technology has come to “a collective consciousness”. This term is simple, it simply means that everyone shares the same consciousness. Thoughts, doubts, fears, etc…all of it is shared by everyone. The belief that we are all separate, of course, contradicts this idea…but aside from being afraid others know our dirty little secrets, what is so frightening about at least admitting the possibility is there? A quick example is our interaction with others…we feel “vibes”, we have insightful glimpses into other people perceptions, and we even believe in telepathy. All of this is happening all of the time, you are completely aware of everything…your only limitation is the labels you impose upon yourself.

You see, my anonymity here is quite a blessing. As far as you know, I have no body, no name, and no voice…you cannot prove that I exist other than knowing these words are in front of you. But who wrote them? If you are creating everything all the time, then these words are coming straight from you. I could claim to be another “person” with another life, but that really makes no difference because you are still aware of only yourself and the things you see. So, since you wrote this for yourself to read at this very moment, where does that leave you? With a choice…you can learn from yourself, or continue to hold onto the beliefs that make you feel secure. Are you willing to admit you’re God?

You do not have to answer this right now, or ever if that is your choice. My mission has not been to convert you, it has been to make you aware that everything you read, everything you hear, and everything you say are completely and utterly created by yourself…these are the lessons of living. This is where your purpose in life will be ultimately shown to you. And what is that purpose? Responsibility and experience.

So, once again, how can this new technology of Blogging be beneficial? It allows us to ignore the judgement of others long enough to write our thoughts. It allows us to talk to ourselves…after all, you’re the first one to read it, aren’t you? This communication with yourself is probably the most beneficial experience we could have on the Internet. I say this because it is very close to meditation…you are communicating with God (You).

The wonderful spin-off of this practice is that there are many other “You’s” who get to read this. These secret little messages from yourself are already in your reality…every book and song. The difference is that now you get to create them yourself…personally. My favourite example of this “secret self-communication” is the classic “Footsteps” poem. It is signed “anonymous”…if our names always change from life to life, this is the only true signature possible. After all, we are not our names, we are the thing that chooses to believe we are our names.

So, speaking to myself, what am I trying to say? I’m trying to encourage you to Be Like One God. I want you to BLOG. Why? Because I, in every form including yours, enjoy reading my own writing. I enjoy language and the written word as much as I enjoy my own thoughts, insights, and imagination. You’re enjoying this right now, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading it. There is also another benefit to Blogging….you can abandon the system, you can be free…as you are meant to be and want to be.

How is this possible in a world where money seems to be the means of survival? What about food and clothes and all our luxuries? Please remember that these are creation of your mind…the money will come if you can just let go of the belief it is outside of you. After all, as God you have the power to reward yourself or punish yourself…what are you doing right now? Are you helping yourself in other forms?

You might be asking “how can I help if I have no money?” Simple…do what you’re doing right now, but cherish the point of it. When you visit a Blog and truly appreciate the message you have shared with yourself, do yourself a favour and “click” on anything that would benefit the author. It doesn’t cost a cent, it takes little to no time, and best of all you are being your own instrument of reward. You, and only you, can take care of yourself…but you must take the first step. You, in order to reward yourself in this life, must reward yourself in others. This is the benefit of being God….you can bless the world if you choose, but you must believe you can do it first.

Do this, start a blog, sign up for something like Adsense, and then start talking to yourself. The reward is not the money, it is the opportunity to be free…free to speak, express yourself, and live however you like. Eventually, if I do this in all my forms, we will return to Eden. In accepting responsibility for “yourself” we will find the Heaven that was here all along.

“Love others as you would Love yourself” – Christ (a beautiful example of your potential to be God on earth)

Thank you for Being,

A Forgetful God

Creationism and Evolutionism: Two perceptions of the same Truth

It seems that lately there has been quite a lot of controversy and disagreement about the history of Creation. This rivalry has been growing for years now, in communities (both religious and scientific), in our schools, and even in our “courts of law”. After such a long, enduring war of beliefs, one must ask the question…are they ever going to find a middle ground? Are these two views of the world so far apart that they can never meet? Perhaps those who argue are simply not willing to let them.

In my opinion, based on my own observations, I believe that both of these “theories” hold an element of truth but are, by themselves, incomplete. I will not say that either belief is “wrong”, but perhaps that willing lack of bias is the reason that these two seemingly separate perspectives fit so neatly together for me. To be quite honest, I believe the only reason that these two “theories” have never officially met in the middle is because of their followers’ blind devotion to being “right” and someone else being “wrong”. (See why do we need to limit God?)

I’m not going to go into great detail about the personal reasons for everyone’s choice and beliefs; I’ve mentioned them in other articles and will probably re-explore them in the future. I will, however, try to start at the beginning…literally. To do this I must make one thing perfectly clear….no matter what it is, a thought or idea, there are always two ways to look at anything. Duality is the basis of perception as much as it is the basis for our belief in “how this all started”. Knowing this, we must explore both perspectives and their root.

Creationism: The belief that all things were created by God, completely, at the Moment of Creation.

Evolutionism: The belief that all things were created over time, adapting based on the environment and the rules of “survival of the fittest”.

The key to both of these beliefs is actually in the definition. Creationists believe God is not subject to Time while Evolutionists believe that all things are subject to Time. These are the opposing perspectives…and they’re both based on the concept of “Time”.

Before continuing I would like to take a moment to expand on the “concept of Time”. I say “concept” because, as with our beliefs, there are two opposing perspectives…each one valid, each one a choice.

One perspective of Time is that it is Linear…meaning it started “sometime” (the beginning) and continues in a straight line to “some other time” (one would assume this means “the end”). This perspective is based on our observation of “cause and effect” and, of course, our idea of “memory” (more on this in future writings).

However, there is another perspective of time that is equally valid but rarely examined (except for the occasional spiritualist or Quantum Physicist). This perspective states that Time itself is an illusion, that only the current Moment exists. This perspective is also based on observation but has been unfortunately labelled “philosophy”.

In truth, one cannot prove either one of these perspectives to be true. You cannot prove that 5 minutes ago happened any more than 5 minutes from now will happen. You can try, many people have, but when it comes down to it you are always in the “here and now”. For example, when you started reading this article it was “here and now”, but you’ve moved forward it seems, you’ve progressed….and yet, you’re still “here and now”. I hope this makes sense because it is vital to the rest of this article.

So, the question remains, how can two opposing perspectives meet?

Easily if one can admit that they are both true as much as false. The single biggest cause of strife or separation is our need to be “correct”….this need is based on our own need to feel better about ourselves and, of course, to define ourselves. In fact, without this need, one can see that all perspectives of reality are equally valid. But what do we see?

In The Beginning

Both the scientific community and the religious community agree on one thing when it comes to creation. They agree that it started somewhere…whether you believe in the Big Bang or The Void the beginning is always “nothingness”.

The Big Bang

For the most part, scientists believe that all matter, broken down far enough, is the same thing…in fact, this thing is not measurable and beyond description. It is so infinitely small that one could actually say it is without size at all. This “energy” makes up everything, living or otherwise. This energy, in its original form, is the foundation of our material reality.

The Big Bang theory is simply an explanation of the “steps” this energy went through in becoming what we see it to be today.

(For a beautifully well designed chart of the Big Bang Process, visit www.crystalinks.com/bigbang.html)

Remembering the concept of “Time” it is easy to see how this theory came into being. One thing must follow another, and another, and so on…thus, the Big Bang Theory. This theory still states that the “Beginning” is indescribable…in essence, before there was something, there was nothing. That nothingness “evolved” and “expanded” into different variations of itself and, over “Time” formed the Universe. Makes sense, right? Let’s move on.

The Void (Genesis)

Creation theory is much simpler to explain, and at the same time much more complicated because it delves into “the mind of God”. To put it plainly, creation theory is the belief that all things were created by God at the Beginning. Genesis states that in the Beginning there was “The Void” and “God was the Void and the Void was God”.

If you’ll notice, this theory still believes in that “nothingness” previously described…the only difference here is that “nothingness” had a consciousness. It was Aware. So, “nothingness” and “God” are actually the same thing…quite literally, everything (remember, first there was only the Void).

Now, following this logic, nothingness became reality. Genesis describes this as a “Seven Day” process, but remember that “nothingness” has no Time so a “Day” means absolutely nothing. Keeping this in mind, we see that Genesis is not very different from the above image of the Big Bang…it is a list of steps for the creation of the universe.

But, does God need “Time” if it is everything? Further exploration is necessary.

Duality and Unity

This is going to be the most difficult part of this essay so I ask for your patience and an open-mind. For just a quick moment let’s discuss the nature of Reality. After all, whether it is Creationism or Evolutionism the real focus here is the observation of the reality we all experience…right? Right. So, throwing our need to be correct aside, let’s actually look at reality without bias or assumption.

Reality (the world and our mind) is a complex mixture of equal and opposite perceptions. To put it simply, everything exists in a state of Duality. For Hot you have Cold, Light/Dark, Hard/Soft, Pleasure/Pain, Faith/Fear, etc…this state is constant, without it there would be no experience and no reality. How could you experience Hot if the experience of Cold didn’t exist?

The tricky part about understanding the “Beginning” is that this concept does not fall into Duality. What I mean here is that The Void is one thing. This nothingness is still something, but there is only one of it. One thing does not have Duality…it is simple Unity.

This is the biggest stumbling block in our understanding of God, Reality, or Creation. We cannot grasp how One Thing (nothing) became so many variations of itself…how did Duality come into being?

There is only one answer to this, and it lies in your existence. One thing cannot be two things, but it can be perceived as two things. Unfortunately, for that to be true there must be a perceiver…that’s you. But who was the perceiver in the Void?

God and Us

Let’s assume, for the moment, that this “nothingness” I have been referring to was actually conscious. Now, as one thing, this consciousness would only be aware of itself. It would not be aware of anything else or the possibility of anything else because it is everything…there is no space or time, there is simply nothingness and the awareness of its existence as that nothingness. This is Unity. But, to experience anything, Duality must exist…and so that consciousness had to perceive itself to be two things. For the first time, the Void was perceived (very important) as separate. There was now a Perceiver and a Perceived.

Before I continue, I would like to point out something very important about this consciousness. Our understanding of this consciousness is entirely dependant upon our own beliefs and limitations. We are talking about “nothingness”…infinitely adaptable (it can be and is the foundation of everything), eternally present (how can something that is everything ever die?), and completely and utterly free (there are no rules to follow). Knowing this, a possibility opens to us. What would you do if you were God? Quite simply…you would do everything.

Everything covers a lot of things, I cannot begin to cover them all, but for the purposes of this exercise let us say that “God” wanted to experience. The perceiver wanted to perceive every possible variation of itself…with Eternity to play with, wouldn’t you? Remember that this “consciousness” can never truly die, it has nothing to fear and nothing to lose…it is everything and always will be. And so, it has no bias…Good or Bad, experience is the only goal.

I realize that I keep stating this, but it is really very important to grasp this concept of “being everything”. I’ll use an example just to be clear…

Currently, you have a countless number of possibilities that can move in and out of your mind. You can imagine purple skies, chocolate cars, and even entire experiences that you are not currently experiencing…we call this imagination, but to a consciousness that is everything there is no such thing as imagination. The mind of God is The Void; therefore any possibility that enters the mind of God is made real because it is within the Void (the building blocks of everything). Think about this, to a mind with no limitation, how many possibilities could exist? An infinite amount…quite literally, anything that could exist does exist because all that is real is within the Void (there is nothing else, remember?).

Now, doing everything doesn’t just imply “playing basketball” or “fishing”…these are actions and not complete “experiences”. A complete experience is not just the action but also the state of mind of the perceiver. This state of mind includes belief, thoughts, doubts, memories, imagination, and even self-imposed limitations. What am I saying? I’m saying that God, in wanting to do everything, wanted to experience every possible variation of self-awareness. There are 2 extremes here and an infinite amount of variations in between.

< – - Complete Awareness Complete Denial – - >

Basically, “God” not only wanted to experience being everything, it very much wanted to experience what it would be like to “not be everything”. It wanted to experience what it would be like to be complete unaware of its own divinity.

Now, of course, God will always be God (everything cannot stop being everything), but because it perceives itself to be separate from the Void it can absolutely convince itself that it is something else. This is the freedom of an unlimited consciousness…it can believe whatever it likes.

The Moment and Time

This is the final step in our exploration of Creationism and Evolutionism because this is where they meet. They meet in the concept of Time, remember? First, let’s look at The Moment.

In The Void (or the Beginning) there is no time. Eternity and a single Moment are the same thing. When Duality was created there was a mass explosion of possible Moments that entered the mind of God (we call this Reality or the Universe). All of these Moments, of course, are still within the Void and therefore exist in the same “place or time”. Hard to grasp? It should be.

Now, remembering that Time does not exist in Unity, we must explore Duality to find it. The perceiver (God convinced it is separate from itself) exists in Duality, and because of that it can experience. But the very concept of experience is based on a series of Moments happening one after another…so Time must be perceived.

The most unbelievable part about this is that, in an infinite amount of possible moments, there is an order to it. There appears to be a story to each of our lives. I mean, with all things existing at once, it is completely possible (to God, all things are) that a Dinosaur could fall out of your fridge at any time…but that doesn’t happen, does it? Out of all the seemingly chaotic events in each of our lives there is also an order. Why? Because “experience” is a broad topic…not only does God want to experience each state of mind, it wants to experience every possible series of experiences as well. Basically, it wanted to be you and everyone else. And here you are, thinking it took you time to read this article, but in reality you’ve never left the Void.

In conclusion, yes the universe was created in steps. Each variation of “nothingness” expanding into another variation of that same nothingness (see the Big Bang image above), but if God (everything) never left the Void, then those steps are only perceived to be separate from each other when, in fact, they all exist at once.

So who is actually correct…The Creationists or the Evolutionists?

Both, they are all the same Perceiver wanting to experience a different perception and state of mind. God wanted to experience everything, even disagreeing with itself.
